Every new mom needs a night out! Kate Middleton took a break from mommy duty and attended the Portrait Gala 2014 at the National Portrait Gallery in London Tuesday night. The 32-year-old looked stunning in a blue off-the-shoulder- Jenny Packham gown and gorgeous diamond drop necklace she borrowed from her in-law Queen Elizabeth! Are you having deja vu? That is because Kate wore the same exact dress to an event last October! We must say we love a frugal princess!
